A critial illness benefit provides the employee and their family members a large dollar benefit should they be diagnosed with a critial illness, such as Alzheimers, cancer, paralysis, or experience a coma, heart attack, or  loss of hearing/sight.

This benefit can be employer or employee paid, but helps offset the high medical claim costs these events can create.

Again either employer or employee paid, this important benefit provides off-the-job accident coverage for employees and their family members.  With very low premiums and high fixed dollar amounts for injuries, burns, fractures, etc., this benefit also helps offset medical claim costs, especially for those families with children.

Proviing 24 hour coverage for employees and their families, these plans provide flat dollar amounts for not only an annual health screening, but for being confinded to a hospital or ICU unit. Benefits are payable day one and also daily depending on the duration of the hospital stay. This is a great benefit to help offset the medical plan deductible.
