MEET THE TEAM

As an employee benefits broker for nearly 30 years, Mike has had the honor of helping and supporting hundreds of employers and countless employees with their employee benefits. Mike graduated in 1989 with a BS Degree in Marketing and Management, and in 1991 with a Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration.

The success Mike has achieved over the past 3 decades is a direct result of an intense focus on providing the most superior level of service possible, backed by a high level of experience and knowledge of the insurance industry and the intricacies of employee benefits. Many of Mike's clients have been with him since day one!

As an avid golfer and hiker he enjoys the Colorado outdoors since moving here more than 56 years ago. Mike currently lives in Broomfield but travels frequently to see his daughters in NYC. "I must say that life is good"!

Mike currently develops and manages strategic health & wellness strategies for range of businesses in Colorado and across the United States. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University. He has been consulting with businesses in the Denver, Colorado area for nearly 20 years.

Mike has built his business on personalized service, hard work and a devotion to his client’s needs above all. Mike focuses on the complex details in the healthcare industry which allow him to provide a unique combination of data analysis, negotiating strategies and a common sense approach to structuring employee benefit programs.  Mike’s clients not only have been pleased with benefit programs that fit their needs but plans that perform financially below market trends. Mike is very passionate about employee education and it shows with his dedication and commitment to provide personal “one on one” consultations with employees.  

Grace joined RMIA, Inc. as an Account Manager in August of 2021 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Marketing and Decision Sciences.

Grace prides herself on supporting clients efficiently through clear communication and time management. She appreciates the complex nature of the insurance business and provides clarity and thorough answers for our clients. Grace is also an attentive listener with excellent organizational skills and advanced knowledge of the details that surround employee benefits administration. Clients value Grace’s dedication, professionalism, and kindness. 

Grace lives in Littleton with her husband, Cody, their Husky, Maya, and their Malamute, Kona. When she’s not working, she and her family enjoy going to concerts and taking their pups on lots of adventures.

Karey is excellent at customer service as our clients would say! With 7 years’ experience in our industry and a passion for helping others, Karey excels at finding a solution in a timely manner. Karey was raised in Reno, Nevada and has an Associate’s degree from the University of Nevada. Karey often is able to free up much needed time for HR professionals and plan administrators we work with by taking over tasks that can often be very time consuming. Karey is very detail oriented in the more complex situations making it easy and efficient to communicate with our company. We feel very fortunate to have Karey on our team.
